Mr. Milind Garkhedkar is a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry from Pune University and had about 22 years industrial experience before he ventured into forming a partnership firm. He worked in pharma MNC in their basic research and also at Indian pharma and agrochemicals, specialty chemicals companies. During his job tenure he served departments viz. R&D, technical services, pilot plant, application development and marketing.

Mr, Deepak More a graduate in Chemistry- also had more than 22 years industrial experience and worked with Indian polymer and specialty Chemicals Company. He mainly worked at production (full-fledged activity), R&D, technical services, application development and data collection laboratory.
